HOW IS YOUR CLOTHES SIZE?

Our clothing products are suitable for all products. Please choose the right size according to your choice. Note: You will need to carefully read each size in the picture to make the best choice when ordering. Prevent yourself from causing inconvenience

 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Our delivery locations and production locations are in China. Normal delivery time is within 24 hours. Once the production order is completed, it will be sent to you in a timely manner.

  HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Normal delivery time (including receipt of goods) is usually around 15-30 days, you can also choose 5-7 days express, but this is an extra charge.

WHAT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PAYMENT AND WEBSITE SECURITY?

We only support PayPal collections for the time being. We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider and they are as safe as possible.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER MY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY?

If you find an error before receiving the shipping notification email, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try to change it for you! If you don't find an error before we ship the package, we can't change it. If you want to forward the message to the new address, do not send the order to the old address. International parcels cannot be guaranteed to be forwarded.If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to your correct address, but the cost is extra for you.

CAN I EDIT AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

We can usually adjust an order up to 24 hours after it has been placed. You may send an email as soon as you realize a change needs to be made to blessume@outlook.com.Someone will get back to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and let you know if the change can be made. There is no guarantee that we will be able to make the change, but we can always facilitate an exchange once you get your order. 

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Since we have delivery time within 24 hours, please contact our team (blessume@outlook.com) immediately when you need to cancel this order.

You have 24 hours to cancel your order, it is too late. We will cancel and refund you with no problems during the first 24 hours. After that, all orders will be processed and shipped.

The size of the clothes I received is not suitable. Can I return it?

After you receive your clothes, you can request a return process. After the application is approved, the goods can be returned. Please note that the returned goods should ensure that the re-sale of the goods is not affected. Please send the application to our (blessume@outlook.com) email in time, if the buyer’s own problem, Shipping costs need to be borne by yourself.

HOW COME THE COUPON I FOUND ON ANOTHER SITE DOESN'T WORK?

If you've found a coupon code on a site other, most likely it's fake. The only place we list our coupons is through our email newsletter. Contact us for details.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ITEMS?

Because of the difference in shipping costs, the shipping method and shipping cost will be automatically popped up when you place an order. You can choose according to your individual needs.

WHY DOES MY PRODUCT SMELL?

Because the product will produce related odors during the production process and during transportation due to the sealing, this is a normal phenomenon, and the taste can be dispersed after washing.

WHY THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION OF MY PACKAGE ON WEBSITE?

Normally, it will take around 3 days for tracking information updates when it is dispatched.If you have not seen the tracking information updates on the internet 3 days since dispatched, then it might because of the post office processing delay, we have to wait for another 2 days.As long as some products are too hot to keep inventory, there would probably be a momentarily out of stock for items you are working on. No worries, they will be back to stock in 2-3 days, and the tracking information will be updated soon.

WHY THE TRACKING INFORMATION OF MY PACKAGE STAY IN A LOCATION FOR A LONG TIME WITHOUT HAVING A CHANGE?

For international shipping, the custom is a very strict role. They are always inspecting parcels in bulk instead of one by one.  When they find one hazardous article in a bulk large carton and happened one of our parcels (despite we are normally products) are also in this cartoon, then they will stop approving the large carton and take them aside.Next step, they will put them a more advanced inspection, they will open the carton and inspect them one by one. For this period, it will take very long time, that is why the tracking information stays still without moving.
